So far, it has been a really interesting year, as I have been listening to the messages I have been receiving from clients, students, friends and colleagues.

I have discovered that I love working with small groups and for that reason, I have decided to restrict most of my workshops, courses and events to a maximum of 8 - 15 people, so you all get individual attention.  As those of you who have already attended one of my events know........that they are experiential, and whilst I will provide the "facts" and the "how to", my speciality is working with you to get "it" in the body, somatically, via movement and energy.

If the essence of most of my work and my passion is around "who are you", whats possible for you in life and business when you connect with who you really are, creating a spiritual connection whilst staying grounded in the 21st Century.........then this is something we can learn and experience by going inside and getting a sense of what, how, why and what if for us personally.........and we are all different.

Your Journey to Personal Power, Vitality, Energy and Love

Launching Thursday 16th October 2008

I have been pretty busy recently and also I have been really excited putting together a new program starting in the Autumn……which I am now ready to release………..starting on Thursday 16th October.

As you may know, archetypes are my passion, and I LOVE working with them to enable people to tap into their personal power and to get the core of WHO they truly are.

However, whilst I love studying, researching and developing them, I also realise that for them to be of benefit, I need to be able to work with my clients and students to practically use them in every day. I have spent some time over the summer, looking at each archetype, and seeing how we can tune into and use the energy of that archetype for different challenges / stages / areas of our life. Each of these workshops will include movement and energy as well as the “usual” exercises and learning methods.

Therefore, I have put together a program which will last for the next 12 months. I am really, really excited about this!!

It is going to be called: Your Journey to Personal Power, Vitality, Energy and Love

This program will involve 1 x 1 day workshop per month.

There will be a different topic each month – and you can dip in and dip out whenever you want to – just doing the ones that appeal most or are most relevant at the moment:

Examples of topics will be:

Workshop 1: Opening to the Heart Centre with the Lover Archetype……a one day workshop for people looking for love……….whether that’s self love, or an intimate soul mate relationship…….how to combine yoga, movement, energy and archetypes to open your heart chakra and embrace the energy of the Lover Archetype.

Workshop 2 “Satisfying the Seeker Archetype”….a unique approach to having the body shape, size and image that we desire. What are you really looking for, what do you truly desire, that you are mistaking for a biscuit, chocolate, crisps etc.

Workshop 3 “Tuning in to inner wisdom with the Magician”…using the energy of the magician to work with universal laws, and turning within to gain inner wisdom and transformation.

Workshop 4 “Learning to let go with the Destroyer”……embracing this powerful energy to let go of patterns, beliefs, people, relationships, stuff that no longer serves us going forward. Often we have new ideas of where we want to go, and to make room for this, we need to learn to let go………maybe letting go of our old self concept to enable us to move fully into our new self concept.

Workshop 5 “ Drawing boundaries with the Ruler”…..

Workshop 6 “ Living in the moment, bringing more fun and joy in your life with the Jester”

Workshop 7 “ Developing trust and belief in yourself with the Innocent”

Each of these workshops will be one day long and cost £125 (+ VAT), including all materials and refreshments.



There will also be an introductory workshop entitled: Introductory workshop:

“ Are you on track……discovering the map for your life”.

In this special introductory workshop, I will be introducing the Hero’s Journey, or Heroines Journey….where I will share the stages of the journey towards you becoming you in all your magnificence. Discover the next steps for you.

This workshop will describe the Heros Journey, and introduce each of the Archetypes, with their gifts, goals and pitfalls. I will demonstrate how we all move through this journey, and how different archetypes will be valuable resources at different stages. I want to share how this journey applies to all of our lives and how when we know whats next, it is much easier to accept what is right now.

I will run one of these every 3 months and I strongly suggest that everyone takes this one first, as it is the intro and sets the foundations for the other workshops.  It will also give you an understanding of the Archetypes and their relevance to you in your life now, so that you can decide which of the other workshops are most beneficial for you.…….This one day workshop is the foundation for exploring the Archetypes.

This one day workshop is priced at just £99 (+VAT) and will be held on Thursday 16th Oct 2008

Workshops held at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Stansted, Essex., which has excellent connections to the rest of the UK and Europe, via road (M11, M25, A120) or Rail – Stansted Express from Liverpool Street, and East Anglia to Cambridge, Norwich and Ely, and Easyjet and Ryanair flights from most cities in Europe and regional airports within the UK. 

There may be some extra bits too – like regular teleconferences etc, and a loyalty scheme offering discounts for those booking on programs. As soon as I have finalised it – I will email details to those registered and post it on here.

The Keys to discovering who you are, and leading a life of joy and purpose.

This is absolutely what I am most passionate about.

I have studied Archetypes in depth for the last 2 few years and became fascinated by these universal energy patterns, and how they gave meaning and purpose to our lives.  When I first learned about Archetypes and applied them to my life, they provided the missing piece of the jigsaw for me...and gave me true understanding and acceptance for who I was, and with later work, to enable me to fully move into my personal power.

As those of you who know me, know that I am passionate about movement, wellbeing and energy, and so I have been studying, experiencing and experimenting how to integrate these with Archetypes.  I believe I have discovered and created something unique and now I can't wait to share it with those of you are truly ready to go on the journey and step into their power.

This course will cover:

• The Heros Journey - the stages.
• The Journey of the Ego, the Soul and the Self.
• Somatic movement, how we engage with the energy of the Archetype, and how we move through it.
