I love working with people to enable them to realise the true beauty and personal power within. I believe in working with the mind, the body and the soul, and I can promise that sessions with me will be different from anything else you have experienced.
I have trained for many years in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Coaching, Archetypes, mind / body approaches, fitness, movement and energy, yoga and ontological coaching, the "beingness" and the Habit of Attraction, and I use all of these, and my intuition, heart and soul when working with each person.
Most importantly I can add my own experiences, my joys and sadness, my challenges and triumphs along the way. I believe that the best gift I have to give my clients and my students, is that I am totally "me" at all times, thus allowing you to be the same.
There is a place for lots of different types of coaching in the world - and there are different coaches that will attract different people. Some coaches work at the level of behaviour, so they will work with a client around changing their behaviour to change their results.
Other coaches may work at a deeper level.....working on the beliefs and values that a client holds, some of them consciously and others unconsciously. When working with a client and allowing them to change values and beliefs this can have a big impact on all areas of their life. Some of the work I do with clients, works on values and beliefs.
However, most of my work, where my true passion is, is working with the client at a much, much deeper level - and that is at the identity level, or even beyond identity - to a spiritual / soul level.
When we have a true understanding, awareness of who we are, and an acceptance of who we are......that goes beyond labels......i.e. mum, dad, solicitor, accountant, teacher, trader, wife, husband etc....then this can open up to a much more satisfying, authentic and easier life. When we are in touch with who we really are, what we really want, and what we really feel, everything is so much easier.
I work with a lot of clients as they go through what we can call transition, perhaps becoming a mum, a dad, or getting divorced, or being made redundant, or getting married, or starting a new business, or even retirement.....often our identity has become confused with what we do, rather than who we are.....and when what we do changes, it can lead to confusion.
I also find myself working with a lot of people around my own age - 40's where they are getting to that stage where they have achieved outward success, but feel that something is missing - and they are searching for something else, someone else, or a deeper meaning to their life.
The most important thing is - wherever you are, is just fine.......and its WHO you are that is important, not what you do.
