Often, many executives are self motivated towards reaching a certain level, but then find they reach a ceiling which they appear to be unable to move beyond. This ceiling is often self imposed due to unconscious beliefs that they may hold. I work with them to identify these beliefs and let them go.
Frequently, in business a lot of emphasis is placed on how to increase the productivity or effectiveness of staff. Whilst this is understandable, working at this surface level can only have a limited effect and possibly a short term effect.
By working with the client at a much deeper level, and resolving issues around their identity, self value, beliefs etc, this has an impact on the whole person and in the long term, can lead to more productivity at work.
Your current way of thinking (whether personally or in your business) is what led you to be where you are now. If that has worked, great, if not, then you can change it.
